The SPA Treatment in Dudince is based on the using of rare balneological properties of mineral water with the content of hydrogen, carbon, chloride, sodium, calcium, water is sulfurous and hypotonic, containing carbon dioxide, also containing other important chemical elements such as magnesium, fluorine, bromine, boron, potassium, manganese and iodine. A diverse range of minerals in water with a total mineralization up to 5667 mg/l. Mineral water of Dudince contains “glauber’s salt” – hot salt for purification of the gastrointestinal tract and lymphatic system.
This mineral water, as a rule, is used in medicine for detoxification as an additional means, in particular, for purification of the gastrointestinal tract (liver, bile ducts and large intestine). It is also used to purify the lymphatic system. The sulfur content in the water has a beneficial effect on the skin, smooths wrinkles, removes cellulite, helps in the treatment of certain skin diseases such as psoriasis, dermatitis…
